Welcome to Qualory, located at 123 Queen Street, Toronto, ON M5H 2N2, Canada. By accessing our qualification upgrade programs and assessments, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services Overview
Qualory offers qualification upgrade programs and assessments aimed at enhancing professional skills and competencies. These services are delivered through online modules and assessments accessible via our website.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information when enrolling in programs and participating in assessments. Any misuse or fraudulent behavior may result in termination of access without refund.
Refund Policy
Qualification Upgrade Programs and Assessments
Refunds for qualification upgrade programs and assessments are subject to the following conditions:
- Requests for refunds must be submitted via the contact form within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Refunds will only be issued if the user has not accessed more than 20% of the program content and has not taken any assessments.
- If the user has accessed more than 20% of the program or completed assessments, refunds will not be issued due to the nature of digital content delivery.
- Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
- Alternatively, users may request to transfer access to another of Qualory’s qualification programs within 30 days of purchase. Transfers are at Qualory’s discretion and may incur price differences.
Information Products
Qualory may provide informational materials related to qualifications. Due to the nature of digital content, there are no refunds available once the information product has been accessed or downloaded.
Physical Goods
Qualory does not generally offer physical goods. If physical materials are provided, requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of returned items.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as live webinars, one-on-one coaching sessions, or custom assessments, may be non-refundable due to the nature of the service being rendered at a scheduled time. Qualory will clearly indicate when a service is non-refundable during the selection process. Refund exceptions may be made in the case of demonstrable technical failure attributable to Qualory.
Limitation of Liability
Qualory is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
